Guide for Authors

Authors interested in publishing their manuscripts with Shammah Publications Nigeria Limited are encouraged to read and follow the guidelines below.

(1). The manuscript is sent by the author(s) to us via spnlpublishers@gmail.com

(2). Our team of academics specialized in particular subjects reviews the manuscript.

(3). The decision of the reviewers is communicated to the author. The decision could be: outright acceptance, major revision before acceptance, moderate revision before acceptance, minor revision before acceptance, or outright rejection.

(4). In case of a decision leading to acceptance, the corrected proof of the manuscript will be published by our company after acceptance.

(5). Our company reserves the copyright on all accepted manuscripts.

(6). We do not pay a flat amount of money as royalty to authors because it is unfair to authors, in case the published book sells handsomely. An author will be entitled to 10% of the selling price of each book sold.

(7). In case an author decides to withdraw his/her manuscript in the future, the company will stop the publication of his/her book immediately and return the copyright to the author.

(8). The manuscript submitted by an author must not conflict with the expectation of the educational curriculum in Nigeria.

Delivery Policy

(1). Kindly select a delivery date and time that fits your availability at your chosen delivery location.

(2). All customers will usually receive a phone call before their deliveries are attempted. If the customer's phone is switched off or unreachable during that time, delivery will be postponed based on Shammah Publication Nigeria Limited's discretion.

(3). For customers living in gated communities or estates, kindly note that if commercial vehicles or delivery agents cannot enter your location, you might need to collect at your estate gate.

(4). Repeat deliveries will attract fresh delivery charges.

(5). Urgent orders can only be delivered at next available delivery window.

Return Policy

(1). We only refund cash by transfer in the unlikely cases of missing items or damaged inventory.

(2). Refunds shall be processed within 24 hours.

(3). The customer shall contact customer service ONLY either through our chat platform or by phone (+2347025457909) to discuss issues or returns.

(4). Delivery personnel shall not wait for customers to check orders before they leave. All complaints should go to customer service only.
